From Management down at Whispers Care Solutions we are one big team providing daily support to each other to ensure we deliver a high level of service to all our Service Users. We offer ongoing support and development of all our team through field supervisions and regular paid refresher training.
On joining the Whispers Care Team you will complete a comprehensive Induction Training Programme and be fully supported by a senior member of our team when visiting Service Users through the Care Certificate Programme. Directors Di Jones and Liz Gibbs are both extremely passionate about the care services being provided having both been care workers for a good number of years.
